Registration
fees cover player, team and club expenses, including CJSA membership, insurance, professional staff and programs, team and
field equipment, volunteer coach training and background checks, referees and (subject to the determination of the coach)
team fees for participation in jamborees, tournaments and/or cup competitions.

What You need to Do to Register
Complete a Registration Form and mail it in with...
Once – Birth Certificate – Division 3/4 & 5:
A copy of the player’s birth certificate is required for all Division 3/4 and 5
players, and will be kept on file by WAM to substantiate the players age/team assignment. If this is his/her
first season with WAM United, or if the returning player’s pre-printed form indicates none on file, then please include
a copy of the player’s birth certificate with her/his registration form. (Not required for clinics.)
Yearly – Player Photo – Division 3/4:
A 1”X 1” player photo is required for all Division 3/4 players for an annual
league player pass; first fall then spring. (No photo is required in the spring season for returning players.)
Note: Any player who applies for but who is not assigned
to a Division 3/4 team will be assigned to a Division 5 team.
